TRIPLE P

Wendy's work with families is based on the principles endorsed by TRIPLE P which is a multi-level system of family intervention for parents of children who have or are at risk of developing behaviour problems.

TRIPLE P aims to promote positive relationships between parents and their children, and to help parents develop effective management strategies for dealing with a variety of childhood behaviour and emotional difficulties, and common developmental issues.

Wendy is an accredited TRIPLE P provider in a range of programs including TRIPLE P (for parents of younger children), TEEN TRIPLE P (for parents of older children approx 10 years and older), and Stepping Stones (for parents of children who have a disability).

Other programs include:

• Pathways (TRIPLE P for parents who have mistreated their children or are at risk of doing so because of anger management difficulties)
• FAMILY TRANSITIONS (for parents who are planning to separate or have separated)
• Indigenous TRIPLE P

Please note that although Wendy provides individual services for families, TRIPLE P can be also be conducted through groups for parents. More information about TRIPLE P can be found on their website www.triplep.net
